Casino Dome

If you’re prepared to enter the Dome then you’ll be rewarded with a range of bonuses. These kick off with a welcome offer attached to the very first deposit. After that you can benefit from weekly and monthly promotions.

Casino Dome Welcome Bonus Information

Boost your very first deposit with a 100% cash match up to C$200, plus 21 Free Spins. These (oddly numbered) Spins can be used on four different games across Starburst, Gonzo’s Quest, Twin Spin and Reel Rush. The fact that players are offered a choice is a really nice touch.

The Free Spins will be credited instantly after you make your first deposit. These will be valid for a full 72 hours, which is plenty of time to use them up. To be eligible to claim the New Player Welcome Bonus, you need to deposit a minimum of C$10 in one instance. You’ll never be able to get more than C$100 from the Spins. One last thing you should know is that wagering requirements of 40 x apply to the bonus cash and the Free Spins.

Other bonuses at Casino Dome

Once you’ve made a couple deposits at Casino Dome, you’ll also start to qualify for additional bonuses.

Thursday Travels

This intriguingly titled offer gives players 25% up to C$100 in Bonus Cash, plus 10 Free Spins on Jumanji, Aloha! Cluster Pays and Fruit Shop.

You need to have made two or more deposits to qualify. Casino Dome also requires players to have played C$50 or more across the last 7 days before they partake. Also worth noting is that

Tables games, Live Dealer games and Classic Slots won’t count towards the 40 x wager requirements attached to this promotion.

Monthly Marvel

This monthly offer gives players the option to collect 25% up to C$100 in Bonus Cash. As with the other promotions you’ll need to make a minimum deposit of C$10 a couple of times since joining the site. Once the bonus cash hits your account you’ll need to try and beat the 40 x wagering requirements before walking away a winner.

How to claim bonuses at Casino Dome

Since all promotions at Casino Dome are tied to deposits, it’s easy to take part. When you make a deposit, you’ll be automatically offered the opportunity to take part in any qualifying promotions at the cashier stage. At this point all you do is select or deselect the offer and complete the transaction.

Whether you love Slots, Jackpots, Live Casino or Table Games, Casino Dome has it all. Access a huge selection of games from top providers like Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, and iSoftBet.

What Slots can I play at Casino Dome?

As has become standard with most sites, Slots make up a huge part of the game library. Casino Dome has a fantastic collection of classic, modern, animated, three reel games, or even those with five reels or more.

Thanks to some solid provider partnerships you’ll find all the best games among the thousands on offer. Play Slots like Book of Dead, Starburst, Legacy of Dead, Fire Joker, Gonzo’s Quest, Wolf Gold, Sweet Bonanza and countless others.

What Progressive Jackpots are available at Casino Dome?

Jackpot games are a sure way to give any Slot lover a thrill. Casino Dome has accounted for this, collecting all the big name life-changing Progressive Jackpot games on the market. They even host a series of Must-Fall Jackpots where jackpots are guaranteed to be won daily, or hourly.

Test your luck with games like Divine Fortune, Hall of Gods, Mega Fortune, Grand Spinn, Jackpot Raiders, Mega Joker, and so many more.

What Table Games can I play at Casino Dome?

Table Games are the original gangsters as far as casinos are concerned. And although much shinier games have joined the ranks, nothing can beat a well run game of Blackjack, Roulette or Blackjack.

You’ll find everything from Poker and Baccarat, to Blackjack and Roulette amongst many others. Play games like Craps, Blackjack, European Roulette, Baccarat, Punto Banco, Big Win Baccarat, and Casino Hold’Em.

Can I play Live Dealer Games at Casino Dome?

Canadian players will pleased to learn that this casino has admitted Evolution Gaming into the Dome. That means a strong selection covering all the very best real dealer games on the market. As well as a series of games like Blackjack, Baccarat and Roulette (set to multiple bet limits and styles), players can also indulge in games like Dragon Tiger, Football Studio, Dream Catcher, Mega Ball, and Lightning Roulette.

I would love to tell you that Casino Dome is so far evolved into the future that they’ve abandoned all need for wagering requirements, but sadly that’s not the case. All deposit bonuses and Free Spins must be wagered 40 times (unless otherwise specified). You can make a withdrawal before you have fulfilled the wagering requirement, however, this will result in you losing your bonus money and forfeiting any related winnings.

Are the wagering requirements high?

While they’re not so super high you should run for the hills, a 40 x wagering requirement is still slightly above what I feel really comfortable with. That makes it only achievable for players prepared to play regularly.

The site’s easy structure makes it simple to get money in and out of the site. You simply need to navigate to the cashier and follow some clear instructions. Keep in mind that for the fastest transactions, stick to the same deposit and withdrawal methods where possible.

What banking options are available at Casino Dome?

A generous and secure selection of payment methods accompany every deposit and withdrawal at Casino Dome. Players can choose from:

• Visa and MasterCard
• ecoPayz
• iDebit
• InstaDebit
• paysafecard
• Trustly
• PayPal
• Interac Online

How to make a deposit?

You can find the Deposit icon on the top right-hand side of every page. Simply select the desired deposit method from the options provided and follow the instructions. Most of the time deposits are instant, but there are some exceptions:

• Credit or Debit card – instant
• eWallet – instant
• Prepaid card – instant
• Bank Transfer – 3 to 5 business days
• Trustly – 3 to 5 business days

How to make a withdrawal

Withdrawals are made the same way as deposits. Just navigate to the cashier and follow the instructions. Here’s a little bit of a red flag, though. Withdrawals will incur a 2% handling fee, with the minimum fee being C$2.90. On the plus side, the site promises players that their funds will land in their accounts anytime within 24 and 72 hours.

Once you become a Casino Dome member, you’ll be automatically enrolled into the VIP Scheme. This means that a dedicated VIP team will be on hand, allegedly helping you make the most out of your online experience.

The truth is that Casino Dome is very vague about what exactly their VIP program offers. What we do know is that loyal players will receive a series of benefits including:

• Account Manager
• Bonuses and Promotions
• Rapid Response Times
• Monthly VIP Prize Draw
• Personalized Birthday Presents
• Personal Withdrawal Plan
• Exclusive Holiday Packages
• Personalized Emails

You have several options if you’d like to get in touch with the team at Casino Dome.

You can pick up the Phone and dial 00356 27781453. But keep in mind that this is an overseas number that won’t be free to call.

Alternatively you can Email on [email protected]. This is always a great option, particularly if you have files to share or something complex to explain.

Your last option is a 24 hour Live Chat service which can be accessed from the right side of any page on the site.

If your question is quite common then it might be a good idea to start my self-serving. There’s a really helpful and well organised FAQ section that answers all the most usual queries.

What’s the best way for CA Players to get in touch with Casino Dome?

My favourite way to interact with a site is always a quick browse around the FAQ section, followed by a few questions fired in a Live Chat if I can’t find what I need. Canadians will find the possibility of 24 hour support particularly practical.

Clearly a lot of thought has gone into Casino Dome’s site design. Players are guided through a well sectioned interface that files items into logical sections. Casino Dome actually does most things right, but falls at one crucial hurdle. I highly disliked the fact that the site charges a fee for withdrawals. And this is on top of anything you might be charged by your chosen payment method. The site also places unnecessarily lengthy restrictions on taking part in promotions. And despite their theme revolving around being welcomed to this futuristic community, many of the restrictions fail to feel particularly inclusive or ‘commune-like’.
