Casoola Casino

Reels of steel. That’s the strapline Casoola Casino has decided to run with, and it tells us a little about what we can expect. The first thing is that we can get ready for lots of slots. The second is that it’s an online casino that’s fond of a little humor and doesn’t take itself so seriously.

Casoola has been rolled out by the very experienced Genesis Affiliates, who are behind some of the best-known casinos in the online gaming sphere, including Kassu, Sloty, Spinit and Casino Joy. Let’s take a look at what this playful site has to offer players, and what’s setting them apart from the crowd.

Casoola Casino – The Highlights

• Playful and stylish casino which is easy to navigate
• Massive welcome bonus spread over four deposits
• Accepts Interac and CAD

Players ready to enter the robot-infested world at Casoola will be eligible to opt for an extremely enticing welcome bonus. It’s split over the first 4 deposits made to the site like this:

• 1st – 100% up to $300, and 200 Free Spins on the Reactoonz slot
• 2nd – 50% up to $400
• 3rd – 25% up to $400
• 4th – 25% up to $400

The Free Spins aren’t handed out all at once. Players will be able to pick these up for 10 consecutive days starting the day after the qualifying deposit. 20 Free Spins will be waiting in your account everyday at 12:00 GMT. The remaining spins will be credited at a rate of 20 per day. Your Free Spins are valid for 72 hours after they land.

Here are a few more things to keep in mind:

• A minimum of C$10 must be deposited for each bonus.
• Wagering requirements are set to 40 x before players can withdraw any bonus cash and winnings derived from the offer.
• The maximum withdrawal on Free Spins is capped at C$100.
• Deposits made via Skrill or Neteller aren’t eligible for the bonus.

If you’re more of a Live Casino fan then you can opt for the live casino welcome bonus, but you’re won’t be able to have both, so choose carefully! If you opt for this bonus you’ll get a cash match bonus of 100% up to C$100. The exact same terms we list above also apply.

Despite the large selection of games of offer (there are over 1,300 games on the site), they don’t come from a very diverse range of providers. This isn’t necessarily a bad thing, as I’ve come across many online casinos playing host to a huge selection providers that I would never recommend players bother with. Casoola has partnered up with a small, yet top quality set:

• Play’n GO
• Evolution Gaming
• NetEnt
• SkyWind
• Microgaming
• iSoftBet
• Quickspin
• Red Tiger Gaming
• Big Time Gaming
• Yggdrasil
• Push Gaming
• GAMOMAT

Slots

Players can take their pick from among jackpots, video slots, classic slots, and must fall jackpots. The site is constantly adding to the library, so players won’t be short on options. Slot fans will have access to all the latest releases as well as those timeless classics.

Casino

Casoola Casino has a ton of these games on file, but the section is manly dominated by multiple variants of Roulette and Blackjack. But the selection doesn’t end there, the site also plays host to other classics like Baccarat, Poker and Bingo, as well as more niche games like Keno and Dream Catcher.

Live Casino

This section of the site is powered by a combination of NetEnt and Evolution Gaming. There are about 95 different games on offer, on a cross section of various types of entertainment. Engage with a dealer live on games like Sic Bo, Lightning Dice, Craps, and Baccarat. You can even have a go at kookier games like Monopoly Live and Dream Catcher. This section of the site caters for all kinds of players, from the recreational all the way up to high rollers.

VIP players at Casoola get:

• An Account Manager
• Bonuses and Promotions
• Rapid Response Times
• Monthly VIP Prize Draw
• Personalised Birthday Presents
• Personal Withdrawal Plan
• Exclusive Holiday Packages
• Personalised Emails

There isn’t much more to say on the subject of VIPs at Casoola. The site simply lists the benefits, but doesn’t say how players can make the cut.

The designers and creatives at Casoola have definitely put a lot of work in to the creation of the brand. The site is littered with bespoke artwork that carries the online casino’s robot apocalypse theme.

The graphics are fun and tongue in cheek, as is the writing and backstory for the site. Despite the jokey image, Casoola has a very professional feel, with a site that’s easy to navigate, and a game library that’s simple to browse. They also use easy and clear language, putting all the important stuff front and center.

As with game providers, the payment providers on the site aren’t exactly wide ranging. Despite this, players will probably make do with what’s on offer regardless.

Unfortunately withdrawals will incur a 2% handling fee, with the minimum fee being C$1.00. The amount may be less in certain scenarios, however, you will be clearly notified of the amount upon processing your withdrawal.

The FAQ section is really well set out, allowing players to search through topics before going through lists of questions and answers. In fact, most of my questions (aside from anything about the VIP program) were answered.

Players can also reach out by Phone, but this is a number based in Malta so you should consider the charges. The last option is to ask your questions by Email, which is split into general support, or complaints. The email segmentation hopefully means that emails get answered at a faster rate.

Customer Service is available 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 01:00 AM GMT. Despite the opening times listed, Live Chat is bizarrely not an option, something that’s almost unheard of with most modern casinos.

The lack of 24 hour customer service is disappointing. What’s even more worrying is the lack of a Live Chat service. This means that even if you are awake at the right time to reach customer support, it will still be a fairly slow affair. Relatively high wagering requirements were another downer. 35 x is generally where I like to draw the line, so 40 x felt excessive in my opinion.

These points aside, Casoola Casino does offer a great selection of games from top providers, a very healthy welcome package and a solid range of payment options — but players will be charged for pleasure of withdrawing their own winnings. I feel like this is a site best suited to frequent players, rather than the occasional, recreational gambler.
