High5 Casino

If you’re into bonuses in their strict form, then you should know that Hi5 Casino only offers that in the form of the Welcome Offer. Once this has been exhausted you can pick up rewards only through their Diamonds program – which some might argue is far better.

Welcome Offer at High 5 Casino

Hi5 Casino decided to offer all their new players a choice of three different Welcome Offers. Of course, you can only choose one:

● Option 1 – Deposit between C$20 and C$49 to get 20 wager-free Spins on Starburst + 1000 Diamonds

● Option 2 – Deposit between C$50 and C$99 get 50 wager-free Spins on Starburst + 1000 Diamonds

● Option 3 – Deposit C$100 or more get 100 wager-free Spins on Starburst + 1000 Diamonds

You’ll notice that there’s no bonus cash involved. Instead you’re offered a batch of Free Spins that come with zero wagering requirements, as well as a collection of these intriguing Diamonds. All Free Spins are worth C$0.10 each. Once you activate an offer, you need to use up your Spins within 7 days.

With your Diamonds you can purchase bonuses from the on-site store. Your Diamonds account balance is kept separate from your Real Money balance. Once a bonus has been purchased with Diamonds, your Diamond balance will be adjusted accordingly. You can always earn more Diamonds – but more on that below.

Other bonuses at High 5 Casino

There aren’t any bonuses in the traditional sense. Instead players can pick up special boosters and offers in exchange for Diamonds collected. Free Spins, increased prizes and other rewards are on offer. To figure out how this works, just check out the VIP section of this review.

How to claim bonuses at High 5 Casino

The first thing you need to do is play on the site. You get your first Diamonds when you sign up and accept the Welcome Offer. As you accumulate these you can just visit the ‘Promotions’ tab on the site and cash them in where applicable.

High5 Casino really wants to bring players an authentic Vegas experience. They even include a range of iconic Slots that represent the golden age of the original Las Vegas casinos. Aside from all original High 5 Games, players can also access entertainment from providers like Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Evolution Gaming, Relax Gaming, and Push Gaming.

What Slots can I play at High5 Casino?

As you might have guessed, Slots are big business at High5 Casino. Of course you can take your pick from every single High 5 original game ever created like DaVinci Diamonds, Valley of Fortune, Platinum Goddess, and Kingdom of Gold. There are also a range of super famous titles from top providers. These include Wolf Gold, Starburst, Wild Swarm, Narcos, Gonzo’s Quest, Razor Shark, Sweet Bonanza, Jammin’ Jars, and Money Train II.

What Progressive Jackpots are available at High 5 Casino?

If I’m being totally honest, this category is hardly worth mentioning when it comes to High 5 Casino. There’s a grand total of four different Jackpot games on-site, and with the exception of Divine Fortune, none of the options are particularly notable. We can only hope this category is increased over time.

What Table Games can I play at High 5 Casino?

Similar to the Jackpot situation, High 5 only has a small handful of automated Table Games available. Perhaps with the aim of visually bulking out the section, the online casino chose to drop some live table games into the mix. However, if you really want to keep things strictly automated then your options include French Roulette, Casino Hold’Em Poker, American Roulette, European Roulette, and Blackjack.

Can I play Live Dealer Games at High 5 Casino?

The answer to this is a big, fat yes. High5 Casino chose Evolution Gaming to host the live section of the site. It’s highly well stocked, and you’ll find piles of games split across Baccarat, Poker, Game Shows, Blackjack, and Roulette. Give games like Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Lightning Roulette, Infinity Blackjack, and Double Ball Roulette a try.

When you want to play for real or withdraw your winnings, High5 Casino aims to make it as easy as possible for Canadian players with a solid selection of payment methods.

How to make a deposit at High5 Casino

There are multiple eWallets and methods to make use of when depositing at Hi5 Casino. Luckily most of them don’t impose any fees, and the online casino makes sure that from their side deposits are always free and instant. That means any additional costs or delays can only ever come from the payment providers. Once you decide to get started, you can do so with a minimum deposit of C$10.

How to make a withdrawal at High5 Casino

If you’re ready to cash out, you can set a withdrawal in motion from a minimum of C$20. To make a withdrawal, click on the top-right hand corner to open your Profile. Click “Withdrawal” and select your preferred payment method. Enter the amount you want to cash out and click the “Withdraw” button. Withdrawals generally take one to five bank days to process. Hi5 Casino says that if you process your withdrawals during business hours, then these can be approved with ‘lightning fast’ speed. The only problem is that the processing team is based in Europe, so Canadians might struggle to keep the same hours. However, they also promise that processing is never longer than 24 hours.

Instead of the usual VIP Scheme, High 5 Casino has chosen to go ahead with something called ‘Diamonds’. Diamonds is a second form of currency on High 5 Casino. Instead of traditional bonuses, High 5 Casino awards players Diamonds, which can be used to purchase promotions on-demand at any time.

You generate Diamonds by playing on-site. Obviously it goes without saying that the more you play, the faster you earn. Once you’ve boosted your Diamond balance you can head over to the Promotions page where you can spend your Diamonds bankroll.

Diamonds rewards are designed to add extra excitement to regular gameplay. The promotions you can purchase range from half off power bets, double payouts, Free Spins, and Boosted Spins.

Here’s the super news. High5 Casino doesn’t impose any wagering requirements on promotions at all. That applies to the Welcome Offer and carries across to every single reward you pick up in exchange for your Diamonds (loyalty currency).

Are the wagering requirements high?

Most definitely not. Since High 5 Casino operates with zero wagering requirements, players have one less thing to concern themselves with.

If you want to have a word with the Hi5 Casino team (possibly about their slightly confusing reward structure) then you can do so through Email or Live Chat. You should be aware that the team doesn’t operate a 24 hour service, which means you’ll need to catch them during their overseas business hours. In that case you might be better off with the FAQs, which aren’t all that great but might do the trick for the most basic of questions.

What’s the best way for CA Players to get in touch with High 5 Casino?

This time around it’s got to be Email. Where usually Live Chat is my number one choice, that’s only recommended when support is available 24/7. Of course, you could also get started by self-serving with the FAQ section, but that won’t take you very far.

High 5 Casino goes really hard on the gamification. Which would be a great thing except that it’s been executed in a slightly haphazard way. I was unlocking rewards left, right and center with absolutely no idea how and what to do with them. The bottom line is that High 5 Casino is headed in the right direction, but perhaps they needed a few more months to iron things out before going live. This being said, once I got the hang of how things worked I started to enjoy myself. Against the odds, the overall package of a highly original loyalty scheme and wager-free rewards makes High5 Casino a super fun place to play.
