Lucky Dino Casino

Lucky Dino Casino is a fun, colorful online casino with a cute automated dinosaur as its mascot. That’s hardly the most important aspect of the casino, but it does add a nice touch to the other characteristics of the casino. As always, we judge casinos based on other features, like bonuses, games, wagering, banking and customer support. To find out more on how Lucky Dino fares in these categories, check out the full review below. Licensed by the MGA, and in operation since 2014, Lucky Dino Casino is 100% legit. The question is: is it worth hitting that sign up button for? Let’s find out.

It’s important we state right from the start that, while Lucky Dino Casino accepts Canadian players, it doesn’t accept CAD. That means that you’ll have to convert your money from and to USD every time you make a transaction with the online casino.

The Lucky Dino Casino welcome offer is spread over the first two deposits that the player makes. Together, over the two deposits, players can get up to $400 extra to play with. Players can also enjoy 100 free spins to use on NetEnt slots.

All free spins are credited the following day after making the deposit. In the first deposit, players will get a 100% match-up bonus till a maximum of $400. This means that if you deposit $100, you’ll get another $100 from the casino to play with $200. You can deposit up to $400, get $400 to match, and play with $800. The second deposit is a 50% match-up bonus till $200. This means that you can also deposit a maximum of $400 here, get $200 from the casino, and play with $600. Although the deposits are different, the maximum deposit you can make and still benefit from the welcome bonus is $400 per deposit.

Truth be told, Lucky Dino Casino doesn’t have the best gaming provider selection to choose from. It’s mostly down to Microgaming and Scientific Games for Canadian players. However, these are actually some of the most prolific providers out there. So CA players will still be getting new video slots and other games on the weekly. One of down-sides to Lucky Dino is that it has no live casino option. So, the provider list might be limited – but that doesn’t mean the slot selection is limited. In fact, players can take advantage from over 300 games in total.

What table games can I play at Lucky Dino Casino?

Lucky Dino Casino has a decent variety of table games to choose from. Blackjack, roulette, baccarat, red dog, punto banco – the list goes on. All the classic table games, and some few extras, are included in the range. Players even have access to video poker games. All in all, we have to say that the gaming selection isn’t exactly the best for CA players. Of course, if you’re a WMS or Barcrest fan, then it’s a different story. But your choices can be really limited due to.

Lucky Dino Casino has a healthy range of payment methods that players can choose from. There are more than the usual options available to Canadian players. The methods vary according to whether you’re depositing money or withdrawing money.

Deposit

Withdrawal

The maximum and minimum amount allowed to be deposited/withdrawn varies according to banking method as well. Check out the cashier section of the casino to make sure you’re not going to exceed either.

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 50x the bonus money. Meaning, if you’re depositing $400, the total amount you’d have to play through is $20,000. Something to consider before making that first deposit. Free spins are, amazingly, completely wager free. That means you won’t have to play-through your winnings before withdrawing them. The initial deposited amount also has to be wagered 5x, allegedly to prevent money laundering. So make sure you’re prepared for that too going in. Both free spins and bonus money will be valid for 7 days following their activation. This means that you would need to complete the wagering requirement within this amount of time. Or else your winnings will be automatically forfeited. The minimum deposit required to trigger the welcome bonus is $20. Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a table that explained what games contributed what towards the wagering requirement. But we’re guessing most slots contribute 100%. And Canadian players can’t play on table games anyway, so that’s out of the equation automatically.

Lucky Dino Casino has a really fast customer response system. We checked it out twice, and both times we weren’t left waiting more than a few seconds. So, you can either get in touch with the Lucky Dino team via live chat. Or you can try email. The live chat is open between CET 09:00 – 01:00. Customer support is always important, no matter what other great features the online casino has. Lucky Dino has some drawbacks, true, but customer care definitely isn’t one of them. The responses were fast and efficiently answered our questions. This was pretty refreshing, compared to some casinos which leave us waiting about 3-5 minutes before giving us a response. Kudos to Lucky Dino on this front.

As much as we appreciate the quality customer support, there are some things which are difficult to overlook. Lucky Dino Casino is a good casino by any standards, but it might not be the best choice for Canadian players. The lack of CAD currency, the lack of slot options, the lack of free spins and the lack of table games forces us to give this casino a 4.8 rating. But, hey, if you’re from another corner of the world – head on over to Lucky Dino Casino and hit that sign up button ASAP. The friendly dinosaur mascot, ‘Dino’, will welcome you with his open, tiny tiny, arms.
