It takes many forms, but it’s always a horned creature of sorts. To my eyes, 2 By 2’s interpretation appears to be a goat-like creature unharmed by his own flaming body.
Culture lesson aside, this slot comes in a five reel and 3 row format, framed by a pagoda set within some lovely Japanese landscape. The symbols across the reels aren’t all that exciting, with quite poorly designed A, K, Q, J and 10.

Graphics aside, the animation is decent, with the Kirin taking to galloping across the reels for various reasons, which we’ll get into below. The music is the usual cliched Asian fare that many will find grating, especially since in this case it was offset by the digital sound of spin button which clashed terribly with the soundtrack.
