Spectra

Spectra is a fresh take on the classic fruit slots. The background is set in an outer-space universe with several stars traveling past a blue-lit screen. A Tron-inspired backdrop accompanies this and has flamboyant neon colors set in a minimalistic tone. The symbols give the impression that they are presented by a projector portraying all the detail and colors from a distance.

Spectra drew all of its inspiration from classic video games from the 80’s such as Space Invaders and Galaxian that have been revamped with today’s technology to provide the ultimate slot experience for sci-fi geeks and computer addicts alike. The area that shows the game controls has been kept rather simplistic to compliment the theme of the game, and the sound effects are taken directly from an old computer game.

Speaking of the 80s, gameplay isn’t the only inspiration Spectra draw from the era. The music of the slot is distinctly 80s synth and it fits fabulously with the rest of the slot. Neon, 80s games, 80s music. This game is a tribute to the 80s in a way only a provider like Thunderkick can pull off. Had it been any other provider, it might have come off tacky. But, gosh darn it, Spectra really works. We’re sort of hooked on it.

Spectra will not only transport you to a different universe filled with eye-catching colors but will also provide a range of exciting and lucrative winning possibilities with extra bonus features infused into this mind-blowing video slot.

Like we’ve said before, if you’re looking for high stakes and high volatility – this isn’t the slot for you. But, if you want a fun slot that you can take a spin on to relax, then Spectra is for you.

Before entering yourself into a retro-looking digital world far into the distant future, it would be wise to first spend a few moments on the easy-to-use control panel interface to regulate your bet. Spectra is offered with 30 paylines that are fixed, and although you might not be able to alter them, you will still benefit from the fact that they ensure the best possible payouts on every spin you initiate. The only adjustments you’ll be able to make is your bet size. Spectra comes with a $0.10 minimum bet value for those just starting out in the online slots world and a $100.00 maximum bet value for those who wish to spend a large amount of cash. You will also be happy to know that the return to player percentage for Spectra is set at 96.40%.

The Spectra video slot provides a truly modern and futuristic theme coupled with traditional slot symbols that were first introduced in brick-and-mortar casinos. Each symbol has been upgraded with neon lights to provide a Tron-like visual experience. A neon white bar symbol is the top of those, a red and green neon 7 is next, and this is followed by orange neon bell. You also discover a neon green four-leaf clover and numerous geometric shapes in red, purple, green, cyan and blue neon lights.
