Live Casino

It’s probably best if we start with the bad news anyway. Live Casino doesn’t offer any promotions at all, not a one. There’s no welcome bonus, no network promotions, no weekly offers and no loyalty program. Once you get over the initial shock of this, it kind of makes sense. Bonuses on live casino games are always rather hard to come by anyway. Perhaps the team at Live Casino decided it would be better to cut them out altogether, rather than offer a mediocre product.

The casino works with Evolution, NetEnt, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Red Tiger, Fantasma, Foxium, NoLimit, iSoftBet, Relax, Push, Quickspin, JFTW, Yggdrasil, and too many more to mention. All together these offer a top quality range of games across Live Casino (primarily), Slots and Jackpots.

What Slots can I play at Live Casino?

Despite its focus on live dealer games, the online casino couldn’t resist throwing a generous selection of Slots into the mix. This does make sense when you consider how popular slots games are. You’ll find a collection of top titles from Play’n GO, Microgaming, Fantasma, Nolimit City and several others. The site also makes browsing easy, allowing you to simply click onto ‘Top Games’ and choose from trending slots. Among the collection, you’ll also find the best progressive jackpot games online, including Book of Dead, Wolf Gold and Starburst.

What Progressive Jackpots are available at Live Casino?

There are only 15 Jackpot games to choose from. This would usually be a source of contention when reviewing an online casino, but since I never expected Live Casino to host any Jackpots in the first place, it didn’t really affect my impression. Players who want to break up their live experience with a chance at a life changing win can give Mega Moolah, Joker Millions and Mega Fortune a go among others.

What Table Games can I play at Live Casino?

There are only 5 Table Games on offer, which isn’t really a selection worth mentioning. These are mixed in with two live games and sit under the Table Game tab. I found this to be the only strange part of the user experience.

Canadian players can only make deposits through Interac. This method limits deposits from C$20, up to a maximum of C$2,500. To make your deposit, simply click on your balance in the top left corner and follow the instructions to deposit.

How to make a withdrawal?

Withdrawals at Live Casino are as easy as making a deposit, and they’re also always free. The online casino reserves up to five working days to process your withdrawal, which is slightly longer than average. On the plus side there are absolutely no limits on withdrawals on Live Casino’s side, although you might encounter some limits via Interac.

The stripped back approach also applies to loyalty and VIP schemes, which make no appearance on the site. If you revisit it will be out of love for the site alone, as there isn’t a comp point in sight.

Since Live Casino doesn’t buy into the premise of promotional offers at all, there are absolutely no wagering requirements to contend with. It’s a straight up gameplay experience where you play in real cash, and anything you win is yours to withdraw — no questions asked.

Customer support is available 24/7 via Live Chat and Email. There’s a very sophisticated FAQ section on offer. It allows you to type in a question, pulling up all answers with matching keywords. This definitely helps you to save time when you’re trying to self-serve.

What’s the best way for CA Players to get in touch with Live Casino?

Live Chat is the best option, but Email comes in at a close second. Since they’re both 24 hour options, it simply comes down to how much time you have on your hands, and how urgent your question is.

Live Casino is a slightly quirky concept, but not necessarily a bad one. It comes from the same operator as LeoVegas, which means it’s safe, secure, reputable and in possession of a healthy track record. Their concept of being THE site for live casino was slightly diluted by the fact that there’s also a healthy range of slot games on offer. The live casino section is also not all that much larger than what you’ll find at LeoVegas anyway. In fact, the major difference is the stripped back approach, from the simple site structure to the complete lack of promotions. Ultimately I would recommend this site to players who are after a streamlined, ‘no frills’ experience from operators who have been around the block a few times.
