Melbet Casino

MELbet Casino is a big operation that splits itself down the middle between Casino and Sports. They offer several kinds of lotteries and various TV-games. The in-built bookmaker offers more than 200 events daily and over 1,000 matches in the Sportsbook. Launched in 2012 and owned and operated by Tukia Ltd, this looks like the first sportsbook come casino venture from the group. The inexperience might cause some concern if it weren’t for the obviously highly professional site. First impressions tell me that this is going to be the one stop shop of my online gambling dreams, but read on to find out what happens when I looked a little deeper.

Melbet Casino – The Highlights

Casino entertainment is powered by a tremendous range of providers. These providers support a massive collection of game options, of which Slots and Instant Games make up a decent selection.

Live Casino comes from a mixture of providers like Evolution Gaming, Vivo Gaming and Ezugi. You can filter down your search by provider to find a range of Canada compatible games like Casino Hold’em, Super Sic Bo, Roulette, Monopoly Live, Dream Catcher, and Deal or No Deal.

Table Games like Blackjack, Roulette, Poker, and Baccarat also feature. However, these have strangely been relegated to a horizontal toolbar under ‘casino’ entertainment, so you won’t necessarily find them unless you’re looking about quite hard. Why they haven’t received a dedicated tab in the Lobby is a little baffling, but it probably has something to do with the already highly busy interface.

The Sports section is big business at MELbet. With a vast sportsbook that includes over 1,000 events daily. The choice is massive, spanning football, ice hockey, basketball, volleyball and tennis, as well as baseball, cricket, snooker, bowls, curling, floorball and roller hockey. There’s even a wide selection of markets offered on biathlon, skiing, Formula 1, cycling and springboard diving. Place bets on run of play, team to score first, wins in time intervals, bets on stats (yellow/red cards, fouls etc.). Bets such as singles, accumulators, system and chain bets are also available at MELbet. For individual sports such as cycling, golf, athletics, skiing etc, apart from outright betting, they also offer head-to-heads on two selected athletes at all times. And if you prefer to place bets on non-sporting events, MELbet also keeps up with various TV shows and awards of all kinds.

The site is well built but it does feel a little busy. This is probably due to the sheer volume of entertainment hosted. The search function is sophisticated, which is a good thing because trawling through this site’s content could be quite the job. Players can even change the site theme form Light to Dark depending on what they prefer. It’s also a super secure site that features 2 Factor authentication and a high spec encryption.

MELbet offers a cashback loyalty system that’s split over 8 levels. Players start at Copper and work their way up to Diamond and eventually VIP status. At all levels from Copper to Diamond level, cashback is calculated based on the total amount of lost bets. Once you reach VIP Status, cashback is based on all bets placed, and the exact percentage will depend on the type of game.

• Copper offers 5% cashback
• Bronze offers 6% unlocked with 300,000 points
• Silver offers 7% unlocked with 1,000,000 points
• Gold offers 8% unlocked with 2,000,000 points
• Ruby offers 9% unlocked with 5,000,000 points
• Sapphire offers 10% unlocked with 15,000,000 points
• Diamond offers 11% unlocked with 25,000,000 points

Players are incentivized with weekly tournaments on a number of games, from 21 to Yahtzee. They’re essentially leaderboard contests, with players climbing the ranks the more they play within an allotted time. Rewards range between iPhones, lucky wheel spins and cash prizes.

There’s also something called NY Quest that allows players to complete tasks in exchange for tickets to a draw. Customers who complete 10 tasks or more will be entered into the draw for the top prizes. Randomly selected winners will receive prizes including a GoPro, PlayStation, Beats headphones, and free bets.

There’s always some incentive program or other in the works at MELbet. Check out the promotions section to get the latest.

The online casino maintains the rule that winnings are paid out via the same payment method that was used to make a deposit. This shouldn’t pose a problem because the site covers all payment methods across credit cards, eWallets, bank wires, and cryptocurrencies. The payouts are done quickly, and there are no service charges associated with the methods. Impressively, the minimum deposit is about C$1, which is probably the lowest that I’ve ever seen at an online casino.

In all the forums players report incredibly speedy withdrawals, some even getting processed and paid out within minutes of making a request. Here are the options available to Canadian players:

• E-wallets: Jeton Waller, Perfect Money, Sticpay, Epay (deposits only)
• Payment systems: Neteller, ecoPayz, Payeer
• Prepaid cards: AstroPay Card
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Dash, Ethereum, Monero, ZCash, NEM, Bytecoin, DigiByte, Bitcoin gold, Verge, QTUM, STRATIS, TRON, Ripple, USD Coin, TrueUSD, Paxos Standard Token, Tether, OmiseGO, Basic Attention Token, Ethereum Classic, BitSHares

MELbet Customer Service is available 24 hours, so that’s one additional reason for Canadian players to love this site. Although Email is an option, players are unlikely to revert to this. That’s largely because the site advertises a Phone service which is completely free for customers to call up. The site also offers an Online Consultant service, which is Live Chat to you and me. It’s definitely one of the best customer support services I’ve come across in a while.

MELbet is a veritable playground for anyone looking for hours of immersive online gambling fun. I really truly struggled to find anything to criticize here, and everything appears to be expertly designed to function flawlessly. If you’re a bit of a stickler you might point out that the site is a little hectic, but this comes down to the sheer range of entertainment available. Packing it all up neatly is a bit of a challenge. Players get the chance to benefit from the loyalty program for casino or sport, as well as multiple prize-centric tournaments and lotteries. Payment options are decent, and speeds are faster than average. My advice? It’s time to set up camp at MELbet.
