Tusk Casino

There’s a dedicated Promotion section on-site that’s constantly packed out with various offers. A word of warning however, check out those terms and conditions.

Welcome Offer at Tusk Casino

Players looking to make their deposit debut at TuskCasino can also top things up with a welcome offer. This consists of 100% up to C$500. Although it might seem like this is a straight up match bonus with no Free Spins attached, there’s actually an interesting twist. For every C$1 you deposit, you’ll get 1 Free Spin. For example, a deposit of C$50 will come with another C$50 in Bonus Cash as well as 50 Free Spins.

If you choose to go ahead you’ll need to deposit a minimum of C$10 to qualify. Keep in mind that Free Spins are capped at 100, and wagering requirements of 50x will apply to all bonus winnings.

Other bonuses at Tusk Casino

The ‘Promotions’ section on the site is chock full of options if you’re the sort of player who likes a little deposit boost. Here are a couple of the casino’s staple offers.

Limitless 4000 Reload Bonus

TuskCasino offers players a 20% bonus on the amount of every single deposit up to a maximum of C$2,000. All you have to do to qualify is make a minimum deposit of C$10 and you can collect your offers. There’s no limit on how many times you can claim this offer (hence the name) but you will need to meet wagering requirements of 50x everytime.

Weekly Cash Back Bonus

You can earn Cash Back on your weekly deposits. The amount of Cash Back will depend on which deposit bracket you fall into. Like this:

• C$500 to C$1,000 gets you 10% Cashback
• C$1000 to C$2,000 gets you 15% Cashback
• C$2,000 or more gets you 20% Cashback

All Cash Back isn’t wager-free. You’ll need to meet 10x wagering requirements first.

How to claim bonuses at Tusk Casino

Since all the promotional offers at Tusk Casino appear to require a qualifying deposit, the process of activating an offer is virtually automated. Just make a deposit in the cashier section and you’ll be prompted as to whether or not you’d like to add the relevant bonus.

How to make a deposit?

The minimum deposit is C$10, which opens up use of the site to all kinds of players. Since TuskCasino accepts CAD directly, players from this neck of the woods will be able to deposit instantly and for free. Of course, you should always check your chosen payment provider as they might apply their own fees.

How to make a withdrawal?

Withdrawals limits at TuskCasino are an interesting affair. When it comes to minimum withdrawals, these are set at a rather high C$50. What’s more, maximum deposit limits are set according to your VIP rank. For example, the lowest level Bronze players are allowed a maximum of C$500 per 24 hours, but if you’re at the highest Platinum level, this is boosted to C$5,000.

Tusk Casino continues with its slightly unorthodox style by retaining a VIP program that’s seemingly invisible to players. Unlike other online casinos, Tusk provides a unique VIP service that operates entirely through its live agents. The only reason I found out about it all was by trawling the terms and conditions.

Tusk Casino has a 5 level VIP program that’s monitored by the site’s live agents. Depending on longevity and deposits at the site, you’ll move up through a series of ranks. Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The main benefit seems to be an increase in withdrawal limits.

This where I got a little annoyed. TuskCasino applies wagering requirements to virtually every bonus, which would be fine except for the fact that the requirements are different per country. For example, while players from South Africa have to meet wagering requirements of 40x, Canadian players are bumped up to wagering requirements of 50x. The only time wagering requirements are reduced to 10x are when you’re dealing with Cash Back.

Are the wagering requirements high?

The short answer here is ‘absolutely’. With Canadian players required to wager all bonus winnings at 50x, they’ll be lucky to see a penny. That means, sadly, participating in bonuses and promotions at TuskCasino is highly unlikely to be worth your time. It’s probably best to dodge them and settle for a standard online casino experience instead.

Tusk Casino isn’t very clear as to whether their support is available 24 hours a day, but I suspect it isn’t. The Live Chat button is always present on the screen, but it isn’t manned around the clock. Instead you’re promised a reply within 24 hours. If this is the case, you may as well just use their Email service. There’s also an FAQ section, but this seems to have been abandoned mid-development. All of the sections set up for improved browsing are empty, which was a perplexing user experience to say the least.

What’s the best way for CA Players to get in touch with Tusk Casino?

Live Chat is usually a solid option for Canadian players but the site doesn’t appear to offer 24 hour support. So in this case it’s probably a better idea to reach out by Email. And, since the FAQ section is currently completely blank, you’re likely to have your fair share of questions.

Tusk Casino is one of those sites that does almost everything right. Unfortunately, it slipped up in two areas that I consider to be quite major. The first problem is the very high wagering requirements imposed on players. It means that the large range of promotions are hardly worth the bother. The second thing is the fact that withdrawal limits are set at C$50. But after everything’s said and done, a single question remains: why on Earth is it called Tusk Casino?
