Wild Jackpots

Wild Jackpots Casino is an online casino that’s fond of puns and talking through their alter ego mascot, Jack. As I’m sure you’ve gathered by now there’s a big focus on jackpots, but they also do a fair bit more than that.

Licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority and established in 2015, this online casino has worked hard to expand its offering over the last few years. Being around for a while also means that they’ve left decent tracks with player reviews, enabling new players to make an informed decision.

Let’s find out what happened when I met up with old Jack, and whether or not I would recommend you guys make his acquaintance.

Wild Jackpots – The Highlights

• Daily promotions
• No compatibility issues for Canadian players
• Sophisticated live casino powered by Evolution Gaming
• Loyalty program kicks in as soon as you start playing

Wild Jackpots is huge on promotions and bonuses. On the left-hand side menu you’ll find an entire section dedicated to all the current, generous ways you can get your hands on bonus cash. Their welcome bonus extends over your first three deposits and looks like this:

And after you’ve been around for a while and run through the first three deposits, you can always check back in to the promo store where you’ll find daily deposits tagged from Monday through to Friday, plus special offers for each new weekend. These are almost always above average in terms of generosity and opportunity, covering all the most popular slots, roulette and even open bonuses which allow you to play site-wide.

Despite the misleading name of this online casino, you’ll find a whole lot more than just jackpots here. Largely powered by Microgaming, Canadian players will have access to the entire site without compatibility issues, which makes a nice change.

You can easily scroll though their entire games catalogue, comprising of over 1000 games altogether. Aside from the obvious slots and jackpots, players are free to make their choice from among blackjack, roulette, baccarat, craps, poker, video poker, scratchcards, bingo, arcade games, and live casino. I told you they did the lot. But the question remains — is it quality? Aside from Microgaming, the majority of the games come from other well-known developers like Play’n GO and iSoftBet. This means that payers can expect quality games that are current market leaders, and the catalogue is definitely built from the best of the best.

There are also some games by lesser-known developers thrown in, which I always enjoy. I like to think of them as that hipster brewery with the funky label which you always feel adventurous for trying out.

And speaking of trying things out, players will have access to demo mode across most games. That means a nice little play before you pay experience to really know what you can expect when you’re settling in for the real deal.

Wild Jackpot is already optimized for mobile but don’t expect the full works on there yet. They’re working on expanding the range on offer though, so just because your favorite game isn’t on there right now, it doesn’t mean it won’t be tomorrow.

And Canadians who are fans of a little live casino experience will also give up three cheers for Wild Jackpots. Their system is supported by the fantastic Evolution Gaming, which means zero compatibility issues and a fantastic experience.

Players will be able to experience immersive gaming across various styles of poker, roulette, blackjack, and baccarat. This come with full HD footage of the dealers, as well as the option to chat at the table, ladling in a healthy social experience from the comfort of your own home. VIP players will even be able to wager up to C$5,000 a hand, accommodating even the more discerning of high rollers.

And if you’re a tiny bit superstitious and like to stick with the same dealer while you play, Wild Jackpots will make sure that happens.

Like any other online casino worth its salt, Wild Jackpots knows that repeat customers are extremely valuable and worth looking after. In fact, as soon as you start playing at Wild Jackpots, you start collecting Jack Points, which can be exchanged for bonus funds. There are four loyalty tiers – Green Jack, Blue Jack, Magenta Jack and Purple Jack – and you earn points every single time you play. And as you level up, you start collecting Jack Points at even higher speeds, making it easier and easier to reach the next tier.

It’s definitely great knowing that you’re getting something back, even when you don’t win – but beware that they expire after 30 days if not redeemed, so don’t let them sit for too long.

So far everything’s been overwhelmingly positive, but deposits and withdrawals are where I became a little concerned. I always like to have a look through the forums to find out what players have to say about their personal experiences with the casino. A couple strongly-worded complaints warned other players off Wild Jackpots Casino, stating that the site refused to payout despite the players complying with all verification requests.

Now, the reason I don’t see this as a full strike out is that we’re taking people’s word at face value. There could be a million reasons why the casino didn’t pay out, and the player could be being untruthful. I just flag this and urge you to do a little research of your own ahead of any deposits.

In terms of payment methods, Canadian players will have access to all the usual suspects such as Interac Online, Visa, MasterCard, paysafecard, ecoPayz, and Skrill. The online casino cites a 48 hour withdrawal period for processing, and during this period you won’t be able to take advantage of any promos.

While they don’t put a cap on withdrawals, you will be limited to C$10,000 per transaction, which doesn’t seem all that unreasonable to me.

In terms of customer support, Wild Jackpots Casino is up there with the best. While the smaller casinos are usually doing without major support outlets, you’ll find them all covered here.

Players can contact casino representatives at any time of the day using Live Chat, email, a scroll through the FAQs, or a toll-free number if you’re into a verbal chat. This makes things much simpler for Canadian players who don’t have to concern themselves with opening hours and time zones.

VIP players will also have access to their own account representatives who will deal with their queries directly.

Okay, let’s weigh out the pros and cons and come to a final ruling. Wild Jackpots, despite the crazy purple site that slightly hurt my eyes, is bringing players a very well-organized selection of entertainment. Their game library, while not enormous, will still keep the average player occupied for light years. Customer support is robust and accessible any time of day.

The only real red flag were the online discussions from players complaining about stalled payouts. But this is a common complaint in the industry, and each player must be responsible enough to investigate for themselves. With this in mind I would say that Wild Jackpots is an attractive proposition, where the good definitely outweighs the bad.
